9:00am The Act of Consecration of Man
10:00-11:15am Study of Rudolf Steiner’s Founding a Science of the Spirit, with Anna Silber. This cycle of lectures is an accessible introduction to Steiner’s Christian esotericism.
11:45am-1:00pm Working with the Six Basic Exercises, with Paul Newton. These exericises were given by Rudolf Steiner as a stabilizing and balancing foundation for any inner meditative life. This class will be suitable for those who have worked with the exercises for years and for complete beginners. We will focus on understanding the exercises and creating a supportive environment for sharing our individual experiences of working with them.
2:00-3:00pm Artistic Work
First three weeks: Foundations in Listening and Singing, with Sally Willig
Second three weeks: Creative Speech, with Jennifer Kleinbach
Fee: There is no set fee for these sessions but your freewill donations will be very gratefully received.
