SUMMARY:Felting Workshop: Re-discover and Explore the Ancient Craft of Felting
DESCRIPTION:Three Saturdays: 1/11/25\, 2/1/25\, & 3/1/25\n10am – 3pm including lunch break \nThe different qualities in the fleece of various sheep breeds will be introduced\, as we work toward an understanding of how diverse types of wool fibers can create unique textures. Multiple felting techniques will be presented\, and participants will have the opportunity to create several introductory projects over the course of the three workshops: a mat for a candle or centerpiece\, a small vessel or bowl\, and a set of coasters. \nThis workshop is suitable for beginners as well as those with existing felting experience who are over sixteen years old. \nAdmission: $325\, all materials included. \nFor more information please contact information@fibercraftstudio.org \n  \n
