Rudolf Steiner began creating the form immediately following the conclusion of the Christmas Conference\, at which he undertook the ceremony of laying the rhythms of the Foundation Stone Meditation into the hearts of those called to the path of anthroposophy in life. \nMary Stewart Adams is a member of the General Council of the Anthroposophical Society in America\, and serves on the Great Lakes Branch Board in Ann Arbor\, MI. He started his career in social finance in 1984 as a founding member of the Rudolf Steiner Foundation (RSF)\, an organization focused on developing innovative social finance tools out of Anthroposophy. Among other accomplishments\, RSF is responsible for funding the expansion of Waldorf Schools throughout North America.
