DESCRIPTION:Saturdays from 10:00 am to 4:00pm on September 20\, October 25\, November 22\, December 13\, January 17\, February 14\, March 14\, April 18\, May 23\, and June 6. \nIn this course\, we will design and sew three garments using the natural fibers of cotton\, linen\, and wool\, as well as making a shawl or scarf using silk\, to create a complete outfit. Drafting simple patterns and sewing by hand gives us the opportunity to center ourselves and practice a meditative way of working. Mac Mead leads the class in making and using this preparation. We will also dig up the horn manure preparation that was buried in the September class and make the biodynamic nettle preparation. Biodynamic tree paste will also be made and applied to our fruit trees.
