How can eurythmy be a way to create community, communication, and collaboration? This series of four one-hour workshops (March 3, 10, 17, and 24, 9:45-10:45am) is a celebration of the many “two’s” of our new year through exploring the possibilities of eurythmy in the spaces in-between, for two — or more. We will explore duet forms, mirror forms, and rod exercises for two. Bring a friend or find one here!
Sea-Anna Vasilas has been a member of the Eurythmy Spring Valley Ensemble since 2011, and of the School of Eurythmy faculty since 2012. She teaches First- and Second-Year tone eurythmy, the part-time Frontier Training, and public courses.
