Threefold housing is made available to individuals and families who intend to use the unit as their primary and only residence, and who are sponsored by a Threefold community institution. Our stock consists of about 50 units located on the Threefold Educational Foundation campus. Units range in size from one-bedroom apartments to five-bedroom houses, and are let on one-year leases that run from July 1 to June 30.
Threefold housing is administered by a Housing Committee that includes representatives from every institution that is eligible to sponsor prospective tenants. Each year, the members of the Housing Committee work hard to match our applicants with suitable homes. Because our inventory is limited and we do not control what units will become available, we cannot guarantee that you will be offered a home that meets all your requirements.
The Points System
When necessary, the Points System is used to establish priority for housing. Points are allocated based on employment history within the Threefold community, size of family, and current residency status. Those who are already in Threefold housing enjoy a significant boost in points.
