American Red Cross Lifeguard Course
This is a Red Cross course intended to teach all of the skills and knowledge necessary to become a lifeguard. Applicants must be 15 years or older and must be proficient swimmers. All participants will be required to pass an in-water swim test prior to being admitted to the course. This is a blended learning course; the online modules must be completed between June 11 and June 23. Upon successful completion of the in-person sessions and online modules, participants will receive Red Cross certifications for Lifeguarding, First Aid, and CPR for the Professional Rescuer.

New! Junior Lifeguard Course
The junior lifeguarding course is designed for students ages 12 to 14. Junior Lifeguards complete all of the swimming and practical skills of a lifeguard, learn about water safety, and practice rescue scenarios.
In-person sessions: 10:00am-12:30pm
Fee: $200
These courses are offered by Threefold Pond and the in-person sessions take place at the Pond.
