Settle in for a productive day in one of our private workrooms, enjoy the calm atmosphere of Holder House, and take advantage of the beautiful campus when you need a break. Whether you’re working remotely, studying, writing, or taking meetings, OneWork offers a comfortable and thoughtful environment designed to support focused work.

Just next door, the Threefold Café offers coffee, tea, and lunch options throughout the day.

Amenities:

✓ High-Speed Wi-Fi: Wireless internet is available throughout Holder House and reaches several outdoor seating areas. Outdoor connectivity may vary depending on location.

✓ Community Kitchen: Co-workers have access to a shared community kitchen—an inviting place to take a break, make tea, or connect with others.

✓ Printing: Black-and-white printing is available via Wi-Fi in the shared kitchen area.

✓ Free Parking: Available in the Holder House parking lot.

Reserve Your Space

Pricing

Flexible options are available depending on how often you plan to work from Holder House. Our current reservation system only allows a maximum of 5 days at a time. But you can have more! Please email us if you want to reserve more than 5 days: holderhouse@threefold.org

  • 1/2 Day Pass: $28 per 4 hours (8-12 AM or 1-4 PM)
  • Day Pass: $48 per day
  • Weekly Pass: $200 per 5-day week
  • Monthly Pass: $575 per month

Booking

Please make your OneWork reservations at least three days prior to your planned arrival.

To reserve, please email us at holderhouse@threefold.org with the subject line ‘OneWork Reservation [your desired dates/times]’ and include your contact information in the body of the email.

Our team will be in touch to set up your reservation and provide you instructions for accessing the space.

House Guidelines

To maintain a peaceful and respectful work environment for everyone, we ask that guests observe the following:

  • Holder House is for adults only. No one under 18 is permitted in the building.
  • Smoking, incense, and candles are not allowed inside the building. Smoking is not permitted within 100 feet of the building.
  • Cooking and food storage are only permitted in the kitchen area.
  • Alcohol and recreational drugs are not permitted.
  • Pets are not allowed in Holder House.

Holder House reserves the right to cancel a reservation if these guidelines are not followed.
