OneWork @ Holder House
A quiet and inspiring co-working environment on the Threefold campus. Created to support both our local community and visiting professionals, this space provides a peaceful setting where you can focus on your work while surrounded by nature.

Pricing
Flexible options are available depending on how often you plan to work from Holder House. Our current reservation system only allows a maximum of 5 days at a time. But you can have more! Please email us if you want to reserve more than 5 days: holderhouse@threefold.org
- Day Pass: $48 per day
- Weekly Pass: $200 per 5-day week

Amenities
✓ High-Speed Wi-Fi: Wireless internet is available throughout Holder House and reaches several outdoor seating areas. Outdoor connectivity may vary depending on location.
✓ Community Kitchen: Coworkers have access to a shared community kitchen—an inviting place to take a break, make tea, or connect with others.
✓ Printing: Black-and-white printing is available via Wi-Fi in the shared kitchen area.
✓ Parking: Free parking is available in the Holder House parking lot.
House Guidelines
To maintain a peaceful and respectful work environment for everyone, we ask that guests observe the following:
- Holder House is for adults only. No one under 18 is permitted in the building.
- Smoking, incense, and candles are not allowed inside the building. Smoking is not permitted within 100 feet of the building.
- Cooking and food storage are only permitted in the kitchen area.
- Alcohol and recreational drugs are not permitted.
- Pets are not allowed in Holder House.
Holder House reserves the right to cancel a reservation if these guidelines are not followed.
Reservations
Important steps to reserve your office space online:
1) First enter the Promo Code: OWHH202641 where it says ‘Add Code’ after navigating to the link above, then hit ‘apply’.
2) Then choose a ‘check-in’ date. This is the day you would like to spend working. Please note that as our system is set up for lodging as well as office space, you will also have to choose a ‘check-out’ date, which is irrelevant for your visit; please simply choose the checkout date directly following the day you will be working. If you want to reserve two days in a row at OneWork, the third day following will be your ‘check-out’ date. And so on.
3) Having chosen your dates, hit ‘search’, and then upon arriving at the next page, hit ‘add’, then ‘confirm’, and then ‘book now’.
4) You can then proceed to fill out your basic contact information and pay for your office space.
