This part-time, four-year professional training for handwork teachers meets for two weeks each summer and one week each winter, covering two grades per year. In the Applied Arts Program, students hone their handwork skills, strengthen their capacities, and deepen their creative potential. Learning how to bring these experiences to children is at the heart of the program. Though presented primarily in the context of Waldorf education, the Applied Arts Program is equally beneficial for teachers in all kinds of schools, including homeschool settings.
