For our introductory edition of Hungry Hollow Co-op Conversations, we’re excited to host the book launch event for former Green Meadow Waldorf School student, and long time Co-op member, Craig Gordon, who just published a photo-documentary, Pandemic: the unmasking of America.
Craig will be in conversation with Co-op General Manager, Lisa Burton, and will take attendees on a journey through the images and narrative that make up the vibrant and powerful reflection on the pandemic. The work unmasks how our collective disconnect from food and agriculture led to the worst Covid outcomes as a result of chronic malnutrition.
Craig Gordon is a photographer who spent the initial lockdown period of Spring 2020 between rural, upstate New York, and New York City, capturing the images that spoke to the inequities and injustices unmasked by the Covid pandemic.
The $10 Registration fee ($15 after February 25) includes Pandemic: the unmasking of America downloadable ebook for review in advance of event, a $10 off coupon for softcover book edition, and Hungry Hollow Co-op Membership Premiums.
