A week-long overnight wilderness experience that provides a nurturing and meaningful rite-of-passage experiences for adolescents ages 13-16.
An energizing, upbeat, and rhythmatic week of percussion, dance, storytelling, games, swimming, and more for campers ages 8-14.
An art- and nature-based program for young people ages 9-14 who have a passion for visual art and who find inspiration in nature.
A small (60 participants), specialized, hands-on farm, garden and nature experience for children ages 5-13.
The 2021 Celebrating Handwork hybrid event is a great opportunity to showcase and learn about handwork and local fiber farms, with unique educational experiences for the whole family. Featured events and workshops will be offered both online and outdoors at the Fiber Craft Studio. An online festival sale will feature hand-made items from the Fiber Craft Studio.
Children kindergarten age and up (and adults too!) are invited to touch and experience sheep’s fleece, then try their hands at spinning the fleece into woolen yarn. Free!
Join us for one of our most popular programs! We’ll learn all about maple trees and discover what it takes to turn sap into syrup. We’ll then tap a maple tree, taste the sap that drips out, set it boiling over a fire, and enjoy thickened maple syrup over crushed ice.
