Maintenance Technician (Property / Residential)

Job Overview
We’re hiring a dependable, hands-on Maintenance Technician to complete work orders, perform home repairs, support grounds upkeep, and assist with seasonal
community maintenance. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys practical, day-to- day problem solving and takes pride in keeping a community safe and well-maintained.

Job Responsibilities:
– Complete daily maintenance work orders (routine + urgent repairs)
– Perform general home maintenance: basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and appliance troubleshooting
– Support grounds upkeep: planting, trimming, weeding, leaf blowing
– Assist with snow removal and other seasonal tasks
–  Communicate clearly with teammates and residents; provide status updates on work orders
– Follow safety practices and keep tools/materials organized

Position Requirements:
-18+ years old
– Valid driver’s license
– Able to lift up to 60 lbs
– Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
– Reliable, punctual, and able to work well with others

Preferred Experience (Nice to Have)
– Landscaping: planting, gardening, trimming, weeding, leaf blowing, snow removal
–  Hardscaping: concrete, stone, asphalt
–  Home maintenance: plumbing, electrical, carpentry, appliances
–  Strong communication and teamwork

Working Conditions / Physical Demands

– Frequent standing, walking, bending, lifting, and carrying (up to 60 lbs)
–  Indoor/outdoor work in varying weather conditions
–  Use of hand tools and power tools as needed
