Beginning September 2025, we invite five young adults (ages 18-35) to participate in a transformative residential experience in the Lower Hudson Valley of New York State.

The Fellowship radically rethinks how society could reflect the nobility of the human soul. The program is structured around three interconnected pillars:

  1. Study: Developing an inner capacity for knowing and giving meaning
  2. Service: Grounding wisdom in practical community engagement
  3. Initiative: Creating projects that address contemporary challenges

Study

Study empowers us to develop our understanding and inner life, to become better stewards of our individual potential for world-becoming.

  • Dialectical Learning: Conversation-based study sessions centered around esoteric texts
  • Visiting Faculty: Experienced practitioners as learning companions
  • Contemplative Practices: Daily meditation, perception exercises, and artistic studio work
  • Dynamic Curriculum: A flexible pedagogical approach incorporating the foundations of esotericism and the needs of individuals in the moment

Service

Service grounds esoteric study in practical reality while developing capacities for collaboration, resourcefulness, and discipline. Service projects include:

  • Biodynamic farming
  • General maintenance and grounds work
  • Elder care in the onsite nursing home
  • Cleaning in the onsite hostel
  • Entrepreneurship in artisan crafts (pottery, weaving, candlemaking, woodwork)
  • Land art projects involving masonry and carpentry

Initiative

The heart of the Fellowship lies in supporting each resident’s unique contribution to the world.

  • Exploration: Identify where personal gifts meet the world’s needs
  • Mentorship: Helping others return to the promise of the spirit
  • Peer to Peer: Support from fellow residents
  • Community Feedback: Regular sharing opportunities with the wider community
  • Network Amplification: Sharing successful initiatives across the Global Youth Section Network

Fellowship Timeline

Fellows are accepted on a rolling basis, each with their own individual commitment period.
