This year’s summer line-up of professional development and introductory opportunities consists of eleven courses — Approaching Grades 1-8, Introduction to Waldorf Early Childhood Education, Continuing Explorations in Waldorf High School Teaching, and Collaborative Leadership — each delivered in real-time, virtual classrooms. Basic Woodworking Techniques for Teaching Children in Grades 4-8

This two-day course offered by the Fiber Craft Studio is designed to prepare handwork teachers to teach woodwork in grades 4-8. The course will introduce students to the sound, safe, and effective use of traditional tools and techniques for the teaching of woodwork projects.
