Beginning in October: 15 Speech Chorus sessions preparing contributions for the All Souls and Christmas Festivals, freeing the breath and bringing speech to life in community.
The Shepherds’ Play is the second of three Christmas Medieval Mystery plays that Rudolf Steiner recovered from obscurity. It is the Nativity from the Luke Gospel with the Annunciation, Joseph and Mary’s journey to Bethlehem, their dealings with the Innkeepers, the Angels’ proclamation to the Shepherds and their consequent visit to the stable.

All are welcome to a celebration of the season with music, choral singing, eurythmy, and featuring a children's Christmas story, The First Gift, told by Joen Dealande , with a tree lighting and caroling to end.

A musical performance by Bonnie Manaças and friends Sunday January 4, 2026 At the Chapel of the Christian Community 15 Margetts Road Monsey NY The Dream Song is an ancient tale of initiation uncovered in a remote region of Norway by a clergyman named Landstad in 1850. Olaf Asteson falls into a kind of sleep for the 13 nights of Christmas and awakes to tell of his experiences. Rudolf Steiner validated the Dream Song as an authentic rendering of spiritual experiences. The version Bonnie Manaças will perform is an original translation from Norwegian done by Bonnie with Bente Katya Bø.
