Our first speech intensive of the year will join the full-time speech training for an invigorating eight days. With a theme of the four elements, the program will include the basic building blocks of clear and vivid speech needed for rich story-telling. Classes will be M–F, from 8:15am to 4p, and will include Speech Formation, Speech Chorus, Greek Gymnastics, and Eurythmy.
The exercise of Greek gymnastics — running, jumping, wrestling, discus, and javelin — is a joyful pathway toward a healthy relationship of self to world, and helps build the foundation for powerful, skillful, and graceful speech. Parents/Care-givers and babies meet for an REI inspired bi-weekly class. Tea and light snacks are served for parents.
