Throughout the workshops, we will learn simple songs and games to bring joy to the parent-child bond.
This workshop will define the ways many Waldorf school curricula center whiteness, use the frameworks of racial identity formation and biography work to better understand how we become who we are in a racialized society, and share practical tools, resources, and success stories with the goal of dismantling racism in Waldorf schools and communities. This workshop was rescheduled from September 23-24, 2022.

Join faculty and friends of the Center for Biography and Social Art for a free 90-minute online session that will include a description of our three-year part-time program; an experiential entry into a theme for the month; and time for questions and conversation about this transformational training. Professional development for decision-makers—including administrators, directors, board and committee members, and faculty chairs—working in Waldorf schools or other workplace settings. This course will be taught remotely in real-time.
This year’s summer line-up of professional development and introductory opportunities consists of ten courses — Approaching Grades 1-8, Introduction to Waldorf Early Childhood Education, and Collaborative Leadership — each delivered in real-time, virtual classrooms. All our courses include copious resource materials and provide ample opportunities for community-building with fellow course participants to assist you in your coming school year.
