Our annual 5K to Farm (and back), highlights our Community Campus and the various organizations who share the land with us. The event also includes a mini fair at the finish line featuring live music, food, and games. The 5K is an event that brings together key elements of our program - fun, nature, and movement - while helping us raise necessary funds to keep the school operating and accessible.

This is an intensive half-day of eurythmy to enter the world of poetry and music, and to experience new vistas and insights into oneself—a first introduction for those considering a part-time Frontier or full-time eurythmy training, or for anyone just interested in a eurythmy immersion.
One year after the burning of the Goetheanum, Rudolf Steiner was asked, “Why do you keep speaking of the Goetheanum? We have no Goetheanum.” “No,” he replied. “The Goetheanum exists. It stands before our spiritual eyes.” We will consider the First Goetheanum from its inception, construction, spiritual significance, and the fateful New Year’s Eve of 1922 when it was consumed by fire. How, during 1923, did the Spirit of the Goetheanum live on, leading to the Christmas Conference and the Foundation Stone Meditation? How did this form “a turning point in time”?

Over the course of ten classes, students in the Art of Clothing course have designed, created, and hand-sewn their own garments from cotton, wool, silk, and linen. Come to Orchard House to admire their artistic handwork and the lovely apparel fashioned with the new skills they have acquired.
