You are invited on a journey with Lisa van Holsteijn and Sea-Anna Vasilas, as they share their explorations with eurythmy and hand-made metal sound instruments, forged by pupils of blacksmith and artist Manfred Bleffert, verse and poetry by Rudolf Steiner and Claire Blatchford, and music by Dorothy Haller. Join us for a full morning experience of the harmonizing and healing power of eurythmy. This is an intensive half-day of eurythmy to enter the world of poetry and music, and to discover new vistas and insights into oneself—a first introduction for those considering a part-time Frontier or full-time eurythmy training.
In this course, we will design and hand-sew a complete outfit using natural fibers—cotton, linen, wool, and silk. Through simple pattern drafting, plant dyeing, embroidery, and other techniques, we’ll explore a meditative and creative approach to garment making.
