Making a hand-sewn cloth doll is a healing and therapeutic creative activity. The intention and care that go into the process, as well as the natural materials, combine to make the completed doll a special addition to any home, a healing gift for yourself or for a child.

The Pfeiffer Center’s famous Farm-to-Table Dinner has gone Takeout, so their popular auction has gone online for the first time ever. You don’t have to be at the dinner to bid on Pfeiffer Center Honey, a bushel of just-harvested biodynamic veggies from our farm, our own-made teas, salts, and salves, and much more!

We will create indigo dye pots and explore dyeing felt from light to dark to experience the wonder of color transformation. We will also learn shibori with linen fabric. The much-loved Halloween Lantern Walk has become an Enchanted Halloween Lantern Drive! As in past years, fairy tales and other silent scenes will mesmerize young and old alike, especially the littlest ones.
Now through November 14, visit the Fiber Craft Studio's Special Sale for a unique assortment of handmade clothing, items for children, craft kits, and many more items that you'll love for yourself or to give as gifts.
The festival will offer song, music, eurythmy, speech, the reading of the names, and an address by Gisela Wielki, priest of the Christian Community in New York City. Attendance is limited to fifty people. You must RSVP in advance to attend.
